Number of inbound IDOCs in failed sate is not getting updated in system monitoring

Hello,

I have set up system monitoring for my system and i found out that the number of IDOCS in error state is always 0. I manually changed some of the IDOC's status value to 51 (ERROR STATE) and waited for 15 minutes since it takes that much time time to reflect in system monitoring but still the number value remains 0. Is there some other configuration that i need to do?
Please help!

Hello Abhinav,

I would like to suggest you to run check data collection to see if the metric is working correctly. You can follow steps from KBA

2557544 - System Monitoring is not working, alerts are not being generated.

If there is any error (can be at data provider level, extractor level, etc.), will be shown over this check.
