Hi team,
We want to get all the activities that were made "Yesterday", and divide them according to Sales Territory.
Unfortunately, this is not working on phone calls & tasks.
The Sales Territory, even though the activity itself has an assigned territyory, when reported, we get a value of 00163E (phone calls) or # (tasks)
Do you have any idea why is this happening?
it's a combined data source
Hi Christoforos,
I hope you are having a good day, I could perform some research on this query, however I would like to hear more from your side in order to replicate this in our internal system.
Could you please let us know which are the Data Sources combined by sending maybe a screenshot?
This will help us determine which configuration parameters are being used as well as the possible root cause.
I'm looking forward to hear from you!
Thanks

Hope you are having a good day, I have replicated the scenario of the combined Data Source in our IRA (Internal Testing System) and the results were displayed correctly from our end.
In this case, we would need to perform a more deep analysis in the system you're using, as this might be an issue related to inconsistencies in the involved Data Sources, and when facing similar scenarios where characteristics results are displayed as '#' or with the wrong values, we often perform consistency checks via the backend and a refresh in these Data Sources.
We recommend you to raise an incident in Cloud Support, providing all the relevant details, so we can check further into this from our end when accessing your system.
Thanks

Just adding another point to the next approach:
In case you prefer, you can mentioned in the incident note to assign it to me, as I'm already aware of the scenario you're experiencing and we can work to solve this incorrect behavior.
For this scenario, the responsible Team is the Analytics Team.
You can also mentioned the question you've raised here and that I'm already aware, so they can assign the incident directly to me 🙂
Thanks
