Approve PO/Requisitions - How end user can track the PO/PR in Fiori for approval rejection

We have the Approve PO /PR standard apps enabled and they are working fine in terms of approval/rejection/forwarding as well as the comments.

1. How can these PO/PR approvals or rejections can be communicated to the end user? Is there any standard app available that the end user can use to track the PO/PR raised by him and check the status ?

2. As in standard MM Tcode, there is an option to revoke the rejections made by the approver. Is the same available in the standard Fiori apps?

3. Also, the approver comments for forwarding or approval to the next level, the next approver or forwarder cannot see the approver's name in the comments but only as "Approver Comments" . How can this be handled to have the ID or name of the previous approver?

I am not sure about any other solution, but activating business workflow for PO/PR approvals would send notifications to User inbox (SBWP) and you may develop your own app to get that information in FIORI. Do your own search before proceed with my suggestion.

Use Business workflow to communicate PO and PR approval to end-user. In Fiori the app to be used is My Inbox, there they'll receive the notifications.

Not sure about other workaround.

I mean transactional app in FIORI, but unfortunately you don't have that.

My Inbox is availalbe only on S4HANA and not on Business Suite.

Check Fiori Apps Approve Purchase Req and Approve Purchase Order

Yes, It is available in Fiori as Transactional app (ME29N).

Check the User id under the PO header changes
