Cannot upload hierarchy from flat file to SAP BW

Dear All,

Now, I am on SAP BW 7.5

I am using program Z_SAP_HIERARCHY_DOWNLOAD for download hierarchy to flat file and create DataSource for upload flat file. But it is NOT work. I cannot upload the flat file.

I read article "Hierarchy Download to Flatfile" (https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BI/Hierarchy+Download+to+Flatfile).

Please help me.
