Fiori Launchpad 404 Error: "can't open this App, please try again later"

Context

When I do the development about the Workflow, Fiori Launchpad gave out unexpectedly.

After I click the "Moniter Workflows -- Workflow Definitions" or "Monitor Workflow -- Workflow Instances", something caused the error message below:

I'm very new to launchpad, does anybody have any idea about this issue? If anybody does please leave a commit, thanks for your patience.
