Crystal 2016 will not install on my Win7 SP1 32-bit computer

New install.I bought Crystal 2016 SP5 today, downloaded the big zip file, unzipped it, dug into the folder to find SETUP.EXE and ran it as an Administrator while Windows firewall turned off. The installation fails while checking prerequisites: Windows version. But I run Win7 SP1 32-bit which is supposed to be a compatible OS.

If this is the wrong place for this type of question, I apologize. I sent looking for support elsewhere on SAP's site but could not find anything.

Use Google to search for the KBA number and if it is public it will have a link to open it.

All I want to do is install my new copy of Crystal Reports 2016 on my Windows 7 SP1 32-bit computer. This should be a simple operation.

No joy. I do not have access to this kba. I get this message when I click your link:

Your user does not have access to the SAP ONE Support Launchpad.

You are currently signed-in with a P-User ID. The SAP ONE Support Launchpad only works with S-User IDs.

I have no idea what a P-User or an S-User is or how I elevate from P to S.
