This sounds like getting a bag onto a moving train, and if it is scheduled then this train would even be in tunnel.
ME59 is Automatic creation of purchase orders. This transaction can be started manually, but it makes much more sense to have it scheduled to run fully automated in background.
Where would would you here expect to enter documents? You can do it subsequently in ME22N.
