How to have plantwise rejected material report?

Hi Rohit,

There are more that one option available.

1] But the easiest from point of view is, run trx QA32/QA33. Set the layout, incorporate the fields

UD code

UD Code Date

UD code group

UD mode

UD recorded at:

UD selected set

etc to the layout along with the quantity.

That will make your report.

and where to put all these in QA32?

Hi,

Use tcode MB51. I fyou want to see all the material in the plant enter w/o material , 551 mvt with specific period.

System will show the scrap qty during this period.

Rohit,

UD code is Usage Decision code.

Once the inspection is completed then you need to perform the UD and tehn stock posting to release the stock from Quality to Unrestricted/Block/Scrap/sample etc. Now there be different UD codes will be there,

E.g. Accept for Unrestricted

Reject to Block/Scrap

And in this layout QA32/33, in change layout all these field will appear to you. So where ever the UD code will be representing the Block stock it can be easily traced out.by incorporating these fields in the QA32/33 layout.

Try it and revert if there is any discrepancy.

You can find Block material stock in MB52 Itself.

or via Goods Movement 103, 350 in MB51.
