Receiving Alerts without managed object

We have upgraded Solution Manager to 7.2 SP6. We had Technical Monitoring already instaaled in Solman 7.1.

We are receiving alerts for 'Not Enough Dialog Resources' without a managed object and managed object type (PFA).

Can anyone tell why we are receiving alerts when there is no managed system assigned to it?

    Hello Ananya,

    Can you check Alert Inbox in order to see if there is any entry for this alert?

    I would additionally recommend to check following SAP Notes that implement reports to run clean up to delete inconsistencies:

    • SAP Note ##2192841 - Status propagated from Technical Instance, Database or Host is incorrect implements Report ECE_CHECK_MES_DB_RULE_MTR, run it for specific Managed System affected
    • SAP Note ##2301059 - Double Entries in table ACCONTEXTDIR for Managed Objects causing Grey Metrics - Solution Manager 7.2implements Report ACR_ADJUST_DIRECTORY_CONTENT and updates report in MAI_TOOLS / Check directory consistency (run 3 options on this report to clear / detect inconsistencies)

    If issue still persist, would be good idea to create an OSS incident to let us check.
