Problem in import in Audit management

Hi All,

We need to copy our audit plan from Solman Production System to Solman Test System. Options explored so far:-

- Export to XML format - It seems to export OK, but option to import is greyed out.

- Export to MS Project - Again it seems to export, but we get error when we try to import. the error is PLM_AUDIT_APPL025.

Can anyone please help.

Hi Tripti,

The import option is only available when you have something already in place in your target system. That is, you can only import under one existent object.

Go to your target system, create the empty object first, then you ´ll be able to perform the import action.

Thanks for the reply.

I have created an empty object then only am trying to import the downloaded object.

For eg. I have downloaded an Audit plan to XML format from the source system, and for uploading it in the target system first i have created a empty audit plan and then am trying to import the downloaded one into the new audit plan inthe target system. but its not working, the import option is coming disabled.

Is there any rule that we cannot upload an audit plan?

I have tried another option also. I have created a new plan , in that a new audit, and in that audit am uploading the audit which was downloaded fron the source system. but here the problem is all the question list present in the audit are downloaded but again the corrective/preventive actions list within a question list is not coming.

Sys No -: 00, so HTTP Connection-:8100

NB. The port of your connection should be 8101 and not 8100.

In case you re using the P4 connection it needs to be 50004.
