scale piktures / chenge the size (Web Intelligence 4.1)

Hi there,
I have the following task:
I have a table which shows Icons (Pictures) with the help of URL-Address, wich works fine.
BUT the most of this Pictures are very Little, hence I have to scale it, wich meens to Change the size.

is there any way to do this?

    yes, but the picture stays small, only the cell gets bigger

    have you tried with increase the size of webi table cell?
