Wdeploy error

When I make a new deploy of the BOE.war it fails giving the following error:

Unable to delete file D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\wdeploy\workdir\tomcat8\application\BOE\WEB-INF\eclipse\plugins\com.businessobjects.axis2.jar

Can anyone help me with this error.

Go to

D:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\wdeploy\workdir\

Delete everything there, run wdeploy again.
