I guess the next step would be to create users & give them the authorizations to access the BSPs.
It would help if we know what kind of implementation scenario it is .......standalone or integrated?
Irrespective of the scenario,you need to have candidates in your eRecruiting system.This is done by activation of some BADI's & running of report HRALXSYNC.Refer note 997181.
For standalone scenario, i am not sure. Through ALE you will have to transferl internal candidates from core HR.Then,you need to create users in the standalone system too.
You also need to create reference users so that they can be assigned to the actual users using eRecruiting.
Incase of external candidates, you need to create service users to activate some of the services specific to external candidates.
Do take a look at the IMG activity under the node Technical settings under eRecruiting. You will get a good idea.
