Hi all ,
Please help me in this problem .
My SOP is not getting transferred to demand management.
Please try to tell me all the possible reasons & how to solve this problem.

Have u done MC87,MC78,MC74.
IN CONFIG CHECK WHETHER
checking group,checking rule ,mrp element,setup plant for SOP is maintained.This is the only config requirement
If all this is perfect means it should work.

thank you to all.But As far as my question is concerned Nobody is touching it.
I am reiterating:
Need to as one thing. As my user is saying that the SOP is not getting transferred to Demand management. How to confirm this statement in the system as these days the companies running on SAP ,this is an very important feature,So if this transfer is not happening ,How still th company is managing to do business.
Can you please help me in checking in the system whther his statement is right or not.
Secondly the planning is done on material level & not on product group level.
My user has confirmed that flexible planning is being done.

Actually I working on flexible planning on material level.
Now the issue is bit different.
Like I am able to do the SOP transfer manually.But when I am trying to do it in backgroud by creating a job,then scheduling I am not able to do it.
The ststus I am getting is E.On double clicking it I get message :000.
I want do tranfer by scehduling only as its not possbile to manually every time.
Please advice.

In MC74 you have to select the option of radio button for Production plan for material or PG member, You have to select requirement type and version and then save the it will be copied to Deman Management which you can see in MD62.

Check in MD62 wheather product group is transefred to demand management or not.Give product group name,plant and active version number while checking.

Hi,
Following is the steps for SOP
1. Create Product group in tcode MC84.
Enter Plant, Base Unit,choose Materials as Product Groups.
2. Enter the Member name , plant and Proportion Factor and Save.
3. Create Production Plan in tcode MC81.
Enter the Version Number and enter.
Now In row against Sales enter qty and choose that line and goto Edit, Create Prodn Plan synchronus to sales and save.
4. Create Rough cut Planning Profile in tcode MC35 / enter the product group and plant and execute.
5. Enter the Status ,Usage , from lot size , to lot size and enter.
6. Now Choose the first line and choose Blue lens and choose work center as your capacity bottle necks
7. Now in MC82 check the capacity situation.
Choose inactive version and select your version.
8. Now goto Views ---> capacity situation -Rough Cut Planning-> show
and check for any over loads.
9. Change the inactive version to Active version in tcode MC78. Enter your inactive Version and target version as A00 and copy and save.
10. Go and Check the activated version in MC82 displayed as Active Version.
Goto extras ---> Transfer to Demand Management
11. Enter your Active Version and choose Transfer Now.
13. Now Goto MD62 and check whether reqmts have been transferred.
