EOI for New Hire Adjustment Reason Only

Is there a way to set an EOI requirement based on New Hire Adjustment reason only? We want to require our new hires to prove EOI if they enroll in dependent coverage. For any existing employees with coverage, we do NOT want to require EOI. I can't see in config where that might be done, as the EOI is set at the plan level, and there is no difference in plans offered to new hires and to existing employees. Is this a user exit? Thanks in advance.

    HI, if you look at the documentation for EOI, it says the following

    If EOI is required for a new enrollment, regardless of coverage, enter
    $0.01 as the coverage above which EOI is required on initial enrollment.
    If you do not make an entry the system assumes that no EOI is required
    for new enrollments.

    Therefore if you do not need EOI for changes anytime and change of coverage then leave the fields blank. However you are correct that as far as I know there is no possibility to only apply EOI to one adjustment reason, it is set up at plan level
