Hi

Sorry to contradict Csaba but it is possible to confirm multiple TO's

In the warehouse activity monitor (once it has been configured) you can view unconfirmed transfer orders either totally or broken doem by movement type so for instance you can look at goods receipts(mvt 101), internal movements(mvt 999), picking for deliveries(mvt 601), etc etc.

Once there you can select one or all or as many as you want and then go to the menu paths at the top of the screen and select Goto > 'confirm TO in background' and hey presto lots of green lights.

I hope that this helps

Hi,

Yes, you're totally right, thanks for your correction again.

However, I don't think this transaction is designed as a tool to confirm TO during routine work.

If the confirmation of TOs has no importance auto TO or immediate TO creation should be set. If the TO confirmation is important, it should go in the standard way, generally.

Hi, I am having this same problem. Unfortunately, it appears that LL01 only allows me to view TOs with critical items. Are there any other suggestions that might help with confirming multiple TOs at the same time?

Thanks.

Hi

Firstly good luck with your test but I can assure you that it will work as I have used it extensively, However Csaba is correct this is not what it is designed for. The warehouse activity monitor is for exactly that to monitor things that are outstanding in the warehouse and to save you looking at multiple transactions as you can see them all on one screen.

What we did in my last project is to get a developer to create a front screen (just a number of lines) where we could scan in the to number (all of our TO's both inbound and outbound where creaeted with barcoded tags) and once we had filled the page just click on save and the system would go away and in the background use standard SAP to confirm the TO's.

But the functionality is there in LL01 so why not

Hi,

There's no such function in SAP. Generally, you can only confirm a single TO item or a single TO, but to confirm several different TOs at once is not standard function as per my best knowledge.

If you are using groups, you can confirm a group via LT25N.
