Legal Control Fields Missing in MM02

Hi Everybody!

I am adding license functionality for a certain group of fields for one plant. For this I need to set the Export Control Class, which I can access via the Legal Control button on the Foreign Trade View. This button is visible in MM01, but when I go into MM02, this button, along with the entire Legal Control section, is missing!

Is this something I can make visible via the Material Type configuration?

Thanks!

    Hi,

It looks when you create the material master, you did not select the export view. You should have selected that view whether or not you enter the data initially.

For the same material master, using MM01 can you extend export views?

    Regards

Thanks for the reply. Yes, the Foreign Trade View was created when the material was originally created. In MM01, the Legal Control fields are available on this view. In MM02, they are not available.

However, I think I've found the answer to my question. I assigned a secondary screen to the Export Licenses Logical Screen. Once I did that, then the Export Licenses screen appeared in the Additional Data tabs in the Material Master. This allows me to enter the Export Control Class for each material, and once I save the Material in MM02, I get a corresponding entry in MAEX. Perfect!
