Cannot export to Excel from BO XI R2

I have a user who cannot export a document to Excel nor do 'save as'. Her popups are enabled. Her IE, Java, and internet security are identical to mine:

IE - 6.0.2900 SP2

Java - 1.4.2_04

Internet Security, Downloads=> "automatic prompting for file downloads" - enabled

I can sign on with her userid and password on my computer and I can 'save as' and 'save to my computer as excel' . However it does not work on her computer. She does not get any kind of popup.

Any thoughts?

    i had this issue before,, just add the sysyem URL to the trusted websites on ur computer, it will work fine with you
