Not able to View KA in SAP CRM Knowledge Base Compile List

Good day,

We are using Knowledge Article functionality for our client and we configured the KA and Software Agent Framework settings (Name and Configure Search Engine, Name and Configure Knowledge Base Configure RFC Destinations, Configure Application & Configure Compilation) and all are green in CRMC_SAF_TOOL - Software Agent Framework Diagnosis Tool and working fine in Dev & QA.

But in Prod, did all the same but not able to view KA in Knowledge Base Compile List. Please can anyone suggest what could be the root case.

Your in-puts would be much appreciated.
