Fiori User Menu not working as expected

I have enabled the Easy Access menu and SAP Menu from Fiori.

However when I click the Easy Access menu, I only see part of the menu i.e. the folder End User Common Transaction.

For example, from SAP GUI, I see

But from Fiori, only the folders (Common Transaction Folder in this example) are visible. Common Transaction folder alone does not help us much. Our aim is to make available the transactions the user has access to. But showing No Apps currently

The console gives this error on clicking User Menu

returned no content, but should be exported -  sap.ui.ModuleSystem

The error message does not return any result in SAP Note. We are using Fiori for SAP S/4 Hana (on premise) 1709.

    Apply this note 2505891. I believe this will correct the issue for you.
