Managed system connections fails after system refreshes

We are currently running SolMan 7.2 how does one handle the Managed System setup after a system landscape refresh?

    honestly I am not sure if I understand your question correctly.

    Are you asking what might be necessary after you refresh the managed system in terms if the Managed System Configuration and the RFC connections to the Managed Systems?

    Or is this about no longer working connections to the managed systems after you refreshed the SAP Solution Manager System?

    In case you are asking regarding option 2, there might be several reasons for this. First of all it is necessary that you recheck and reperform all SAP Solution Manager configuration steps in solman_setup.
    Further I would recommend that you pick one of the affected managed systems. Ensure that the data of that managed system is recent in LMDB, and reperform the managed systems configuration.
