Crystal Cross Tab Sort by Formula

Experts,

I have a Income Statement that I have created a Cross Tab Crystal Report. My rows are based on a Formula to only pull certain Cost Centers. I see that when you have a Formula selected in the Rows, the 'specified order' is empty.

I need to sort not by logic, but in the order that management wants to see this. Not Ascending or Descending. How will the formula for this sorting look like?

Example:

1 Domestic Revenue

2 Foreign Revenue

3 Equipment

4 Assets

Hi Marli,

You could add the Cost Center field as the Row and Sort in specified order instead.

If the list is empty, you can type the values in and re-order the values.

You also have an option of "disregarding all others" (that are not in the list).
