Crystal Reports Xi R2 Developer (version 11.5) installation error

Hi there,

We used CR 9 and VB6 to export file to PDF format.

CR 9 creates PDF version 1.2, and my boss want to export to later version of PDF.

I found the CR 11 R2 is the latest version can work with VB6.

I had a online chat with your support staff, downloaded that version, Got error 'The Product key code (removed keycode) is not valid or expired, could you please help?

Generic Registration Number (removed) 30-day key code: (replace with a production key in Help>License Manager and not need to reinstall)
Please note that this version is no longer supported.

Regarding the version of PDF export we use the older version for backward compatibility.

Just open it and resave it should update the version.

We are using CR to generate hundreds of PDF everyday and email to our clients, resave might not be a solution, thanks anywhere.

Please don't post keycodes into forums.

I checked the keycode and it expired:

ExpiryDate: 20180219

Contact CIC team and see if they can get you a new one.
