Logon load quality error

Dears,

I checked one error in RZ20 in logon load quality option.

LogonLoadQuality [ 1 Alert ], 6 < 50 current value below threshold value

Then i check in SMLG that one of my instance is having very less load quality than other.

Instance St Resp.time(ms) Thrshd User Thrshd Sample Quality Dialog steps

msldbci_PRD_00 343 27 13:15:36 13 107

MSLAPP_PRD_01 143 31 13:18:37 296 202

One is 13 and other 296.

Please suggest how can i balance this ratio.

You can't, Quality is calculated by an algorithm that takes in count lots of different factors to produce a quality value... The value of quality basically will tell SMLG where to allocate the next user that try to login. (instance with the lower value on quality).

Hi Jaun,

Got it,Just one more thing..This means that we can not control logon error in RZ20 or to control the parameters we have to change the properties of parameter in RZ20.

Thats what i would do... change the threashold to avoid unnecesary alerts.
