When do you get the error? I suspect you get it when you run your own app using one of the CR or BO SDKs(?). If so, which SDK are you using and what is your development language? Also, if this is an application you developed, you should be posting any questions re. SDKs to the developer support forum:

    Hello Sasha,

if you are not too sure what to answer to our last asnwer please get an overview of possible SDKs [here|https://boc.sdn.sap.com/developer/library].

We need to know which SDK you are using first.

    Thanks a lot

    • Unfortunately, that does not help.

Up to CR XI r2, you could be using the COM based craxdrt.dll otherwise called the Report Designer Component. Typically, you'd use this SDK in VB 6, C++ or other COM compliant language. You could also use the RDC in ASP pages.

After that you have the the Crystal Reports Assemblies for .NET

You have the Report Application Server Assemblies for .NET

And yo have the BOE assemblies for .NET

Pre CR 9, you could also have been using the crystl32.ocx (which some people considered COM-type of SDK) and you could also use the windows APIs up to version 9 of Crystal Reports.

As you can see from the above, I need more information from you:

What version of Crystal Resorts are you using>

      What is your development language?

What SDK are you using? (Perhaps you can past your code here as it applies to Crystal Reports.)
