Hi,

Ant thoughts on what BDC_SUBSCR is used for as the program works fine without it?

Best regards

      Hi Lisa,

It is a subscreen of the main screen. try to do the recording for MM02. You can see that the maintain program name and screen number is SAPLMGMM 3002. Now if you check this via SE51 you can see that it has got many subscreens example:

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 1001SUB1

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 0001SUB2

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 2162SUB3

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 0001SUB4

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 5801SUB5

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 2163SUB6

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 0001SUB7

      BDC_SUBSCR SAPLMGD1 0001SUB8

Now check this individual Screen go to SE51 enter the program name as SAPLMGD1 and screen 1001. Click on Execute. You can see the one part.

Now while recording if you do any changes to this sub screen parameters and then it is mandatory to provide this informations in BDC program.

      Hope you understood the concept.'
