Unable to Extract SAP data into Spread sheet.

Hi,

My client having problems with downloading the SAP Data ( Sales report cust t-code: ZSDCON which contains approximately 20 MB) )into spread sheet. Client is using GUI version 7.10 and office 2007. after running t-code ,once he choose the option of saving data to spread sheet nothing getting saved. Is there any problem wth support packs.plz suggest.

we are using ECC5.0 , OS: WIN NT, DB: Oracle 9.2.0.6.0

kernel : 640/101.

I have tried with gui 640. office 2003 , data is getting downloaded to spread sheet.

Yes there is a problem with SAP GUI support patch.Download the latest GUI support patch for SAP GUI:710,then surely your problem will be resolved.

Download it from SAP Service Market Place.In my case I downloaded the SAP GUI patch number 5 and uploaded it.Remember it is done on the user system not at the database level or application server.After that restart the user system.

Surely it will solve your problem.
