in notification typ eedetails in spro

i find update group status

what is its use

i have gone through help

but i am not sure how it influence others

please describe in detal and give an example

please dont give me help link

and if possibile put some light on early no allocation and number range in same notification tupe spro details.

Hi Manoj

It is Update group for Statistics (not status) Update

We need to update the Plant Maintenance Info systems for reports & the group for that is 26.All the standard SAP report for PM can be made available if u maintain this group data here.

Early no allocation means the number is assigned to the notifcation during creation itself.Suppose some breakdown is reported on phone , u can assign the number there itself before it is saved in SAP

Dear Manoj,

This information u get in the PM Information system reports.

They stores data in SO* Tables & presents these statical figures in analytical formats with different info cubes.
