      hi vineet,

      you can followe this

      create user status exam TECO1

      TECO1:-

      Business transactions:-

      1. Technically completed = Mark SET

      2. Revoke technically completed= Mark Foribidden

So once u execute TECO , TECO1 user status gets activiated and in this user status teco1 reversal is forbidden...

      kindly check nd revert back...

    Hi,

You'll have to use a "User Exit" for this requirement.

hey its very easy. Just create a role for that using PFCG and then in role you can define the business operations you want to give authorization. different business operations include technical completion, business completion, deletion etc. And thne assign this role to the person whom you want to give this authorization. Same thing i did in my project and its working ok.

    Dear Vineet,

Better option will be doing through roles & autorisation.

That is done through PFCG.Some one has suggested he has used in his one of the project. That will be better than user status option.

Vineet as I told you one way out is to control it through use of roles if you want to restrict it for some user only.

User status should be used only when we do not have other options to control it.
