BP Relationships of CRM as Partner Functions in ECC

HI,

Can we transfer the relationships maintained for BP in CRM as partner functions in ECC. Can this be done with configuration or some middleware needs to be extended for this.

Hi Karunakar,

You can transfer your Business Partner from ECC to CRM along with its partner functions with middleware settings.

Thanks for the reply,

I have seen that employee responsible maintained as partner function while creating the customer in ECC will be replicated as relationship "has a responsible business partner" to BP in CRM.

I have scenario where i want to create some custom relationship categories in CRM bp and send them to ECC as Partner Functions. Is this possible through standard configuration by maintaining the partner function mapping.

Hi ,

It's not a problem at all :

1. Define new relationship

2. Define partner function in CRM as a refrence to this relationship(spro=>CRM => basic function=>partner processing=>define partner function)

3. Map partner function in ECC6 to CRM and vice versa

You can do it in spro =>CRM => basic function=>partner processing=>data transfer.
