I'm not sure if this question is best in this forum or the Portal development forum but I'll try here first.
I'm trying to get the ESS leave projection functionality working which is found in the 'Time Accounts' service via the portal (version 7, backend - ECC6)
The user should enter a date a click on the display button and the quota entitlement and remainder should be updated accordingly. Unfortunately this only seems to be working for period for which time evaluation has been run (i.e. it wonu2019t project into the future).
I believe I have done the necessary configurations according to the IMG help:-
1. If you want your employees to be able to simulate future times, complete the following steps:
a) Choose the Define Variant for Time Evaluation activity.
b) Create a variant that your employees can use to run time evaluation.
c) Enter the schema to be used to run time evaluation.
d) Choose the Maintain LLREP Feature activity.
e) Enter the time evaluation variant at the SIMF parameter in the LLREP feature
I have also set up the necessary authorisations and it is still not working
If I do a leave projection through PT50 for the same employee it is working.
Can anybody give me some pointers? Iu2019ve had search around the forums and canu2019t see this issue anywhere else.
