Triggering Event - Not Urgent

Hello Friend,

I have a workflow situation. can u help me on this.

I have a id which is 20001 anf for this id there are 5 invoices 1, 2, 3, 4, 5. Now the staff sends the id (20001) for approval of all the 5 invoices.

Each invoice has to be approved by different agents (officers). Approval process is indepenedent of agents. Means no officer has to wait for other sto approval. All should get the Task in their inbox at the same time.

After every officer approves the work flow waits for the last officer to approve. Once everyone is approved it is sent to higher officer for final approval. How can I send simultaneously to all the agents in one stroke. Can u plz help in this regard

Hi!!!

I think you can use fork and you can send the workitems using different branches in fork simultaneously. Define the number of branches that you need in the fork step and use the activity step in each branch. Do the binding as per your requirement and i think it should work fine.
