More than 65000 Rows - Office 2007 + SAP Bex 3.5 GUI ....

Hi All,

I need to find out the way to have my Bex Analyzer working with more than 65000 rows.

I have installed Office 2007 trial version to test that.

I am using SAP Bex 3.5 GUI.

When the user runs report for more than 65000 records it gives a warning saying more than 65000 records and does not show beyond / capture beyond them. Hence a message comes saying incomplete data.

Appreciate your help in regards to this.

Hey with 7.0 and excel 2007 there is no limitation of 65000 rows.

With 3.5 it is not possible.

To be more clear :

The Client has BI 7.0 System

I have SAPGUI Bex 3.5

Office 2007.

.

So as per your input, what i have understood is that with Bex 3.5 cannot help me with more than 65000 rows& hence i need to upgrade the SAPGUI from 3.5 to 7.0 for Bex.

Please confirm.

yes thats correct.

Run the report on web or limit the data by the filters these are only the two options left

Hi Premkishan,

As I konw, this is the limitation of excel. The max size is 65536 rows and 256 colums.

The question is, why do people want to see so many lines of data in a sheet?
