Support question and observation

When I call the listed 866 number for support it one ring picks up to hold with no message.. The music isn't all that bad, but there is zero indication ever of a potential pickup in the near future.

I would like to apply service patches to Crystal XI V 11.0.0.1282

I am not a service contract customer, will I be able to get an account to download service packs or is that a support contract feature.

Never had so much problem downloading Crystal fixes and or patches before, used to take about a few minutes.

Phil, apologies for the phone system However, with the latest changes to our support, there is no actual support phone number any more. There are customer service numbers:

1-800-677-7271

1-800-877-8234

and emails:

Americas: "support.bosapamerica@ sap.com"

EMEA: "support.bosapemea@ sap.com"

APJ: "support.bosapasia@ sap.com "

(remove the spaces)

You can also obtain a single case support contract from here:
