Reports print to tray 1 instead of tray 2

Users are printing to a HP P3005n laser printer. The printer has 2 trays but any attempts to print to tray 2 within BOXI are being overriden and the report prints to tray 1. Tray 1 is a manual feed tray which the users would like to avoid printing to.

Even when changing the 'Source' within print preview option to tray 2, the reports still appear in tray 1.

Other applications e.g. Excel, e-mail do not seem to have the problem and can print to tray 2.

Any ideas on how to resolve this would be very much appreciated.

it is not quite clear which SDK you are using.

Please get an SDK overview [here|https://boc.sdn.sap.com/developer/library].

Please also use sample code from our [diamond site |https://boc.sdn.sap.com/]and see if the same problem still occurs in the samples.
