U can Assign Sales Rep by creating an account group(like sold to party/SH/BP/PY) and assign the sales rep Number in customer master partner tab as RE

Hello,

It is possible through partner determination. You need to create / use a partner function as sales repersentative. Assign this to the partner determination procedure, assign the same to the account group. Create a sales representative and assign it to the customer master partners tab.

Dear Sanjay,

Two solution for you query,

1.Create Sales person as a Sales Group then assign Sales person name in Sales Group in Customer Master .

2. Copy Partner Function e,g.,: SH,VN, what ever you copy then give name what ever you want. assign that partner function in Partner Procedure and Account Group.

But this Partner Data will be maintain then give that code in Customer master data.

If I create the sales rep. as a sales group, than how I would be able to send a copy of order confirmation via fax using output determination.

Anyway I found the solution.

You may need to maintain output condition record for the sales group and maintain the medium as FAX.

Hi,

U can achieve this through maintaining partners determination. Please maintain sales rep as one of the partner function and then assign partner funciton to partner determination. At last assign this procedure to customer account group..
