Please provide me steps how to delete the personnel number.

give personnel number.

utilities --delete personnel number

Hi,

It is not a good practice to Delete a personnel number once the payroll is run for the employee.

Please make sure there is no payroll run for that employee (even a single payroll run, it is advisable to retain the pernr) before deleting the pernr.

Hi Harish,

The transaction called by the PA30 menu option described before, is the PU00 transaction.

Before you go to delete a personnel number, you must check if the employee doesn't have payroll periods calculated. If so, you must delete all the payroll periods before proceed.
