GR Issue

Hi Experts,

One user is not able to do GR(centraly) whereas another user is able to do the GR(Centraly) for same PO, This PO was not created by both the user. I checked role for both the user in SU01 which are also same.

what is reason for this?

Regards,

Sunny

    • Hi. Prakash is correct, the usual cause for this is the extended search.

Another thing to check is the obvious one, the user is in "Create confirmation" not "Display / Process"?

Also, is the user correctly integrated in the org plan in PPOMA_BBP?

Finally, you do not use badi BBP_WF_LIST to restrict the list do you?

      Regards,

      Dave.

The 2nd user who gets the message "no documents exist", has this user cleared all the fields in the extended search?. If a field in there is populated and does not match the po criteria then this error message is displayed

    Hello,

you can also check FM BBP_PO_LISTSEL in the debugger to see whats going on exactely - this is the FM where the PO´s are selected. There you can also find the call to the backend (applies only for BBPCF03).
