Address iView - Page not found or not available

Hey Guru's

As the title states when I click the link to the address iView in Personal information I get Page not found or not available. I have tried giving the location in the PCD but this was unsucessful. I have also checked that the country settings are correct. Any suggestions?

Hi Terry,

Should be problem in location or check other PCD content, can you send screenshot so that we can crack the issue.

Also the ivew works when previewing from content admin?

Hi Terry,

There could be two reason for page not found.

1) Web dyn pro java application is not started.

or

2) Somewhere problem in portal customisation for this page.

Please tell me:

1) Yesterday this page was coming or not?

2) Have you done recent changes in portal customisation??

3) also check the config ESS in personal info side..

4) also check the roles are attched to this user or not?

Hi,

Has anyone else seen this issue - or had it resolved? It happened to me after we went to EH3. It worked fine prior to that and no changes were made to the role or framework config. Any info/help would be great.
