content exchange properties after system copy

Hi,

I just completed a java system copy of my EP7.0 SP12 Portal in an effort to move to new hardware. After the copy, the content exchange syndicator/subscriber properties still have the old hardware URL (http://oldhardware:oldport/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.ice) listed for the local URL.

How can I change this to the new server and port (http://newhardware:newport/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.km.cm.ice)?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
