SAPTicketstore deleted, cannot logon to the portal

Hi,

I have accidentally deleted the SAPLogon ticket certifiate from the visual administrator now when we cannot logon to the portal. We rae running Enterprise Portal 6.0

Then a I input a username and password to logon to the portal, i get the logon screen again.It seems as it cannot authenticate.

We restarted the application and the certificate in an attempt to get the certificate recreated, this did not help.

We then created a new certificate on the Visual Admnistrator but this did not solve the problem, any suggestions?

Hi M.k.

You have to try out following possibilities...

1) restart your J2E server and try logging in. OR

2) flush all data from your browser (cookies, browsing history, cache etc) and try logging in. Also flush all data in your Temp folder.

3) If you using SSO try re-importing/re-exporting tickets to the concerned system OR

are you able to create login ticket in Visual admin ? if yes, check the validity of the ticket, and ticket name should be SAPLogonTicketKeypair....

after checking all these things , your problem may get solved..
