Hi,

One of our client want ADC to be implemented in their Company.

1)What are the notes to be adopted

2)How credit is taken

3)Credit value taken has to be utilised in J2IUN.

Please explain the process fully

Hi,

You can use this AED condition type for this ADC duty.

Check the condition base excise determination---Classify the Condition type.

Maintain the account determination for RG23A with AED

So when you post the ADC the same will updated in AED and same will be reflected in the report J2I9

Hi,

I have used AED only and using EWPO while doing J1iex , got the value in the GL account too.

But when i want to utilise the availed credit, the problem occurs.

Kindly explain the process of Utilisation of ADC.

Hi,

Which subtransaction type you are using for EWPO you should use only IP for this ADC .

Check whether you have applied all the OSS notes for this Special purpose duty.

Check your account determination for the proper G/L account,

Hi Chidanand,

I'm doing this scenario in Client Development server.

I have applied the notes 910681 and 934265.

In the SPRO, IP subtransaction type has been maintained against EWPO in RG23A AED and RG23C AED with GL accounts.

I can able to post the J1IEX and value goes to the GL account.

Even after applying the note 934265 for J2IUN utilisation, the value is not flowing.

Please tell where i make mistake.

Hi,

In J2IUN transaction are you entering the ADC subtransaction type.

Its surprising that the value is not flowing in J2IUN.If still after appying the notes you are facing the problem Please consult the SAP Service so that they will check your system & will clear the problem.

Please confirm all notes need to be applied as i have applied the notes 910681,934265 and 1071263 only.

Whether if i apply all the notes,can i get the Utlisation value flow in J2IUN for ADC.

Please use the search term ADC in note search to get a list of all the notes related to ADC. Also the master note 910681 contains most of the related notes.

Please go through the long text of the note for J2IUN here you will know how to run J2IUN with ADC subtransactin type IP (this is a different field from the normal subtransaction type in J2IUN) in order to utilise the balance collected in it.
