all SAP connection gone in SBOP analysis

Hi expert,

following is the normal screen displaying all SAP connections, but my customer get complete blank window here. she is using analysis v2.5.3. can you please tell how to fix it.

Do they have the SAP Gui installed? Please check the saplogon.ini file on your customer's machine and compare it to yours. It should be in the C:\WINDOWS folder on the machine
