finacial document - documentary payments

Hi experts, in my understanding, finacial document just has an evaluation impact on FI, i.e. it will not influence A/R. pls correct me if any. Many thx.

Dear Cathy

I believe, you are referring Financial document as L/C in which case, no it will not have any impact in FI. It will allow you to create invioce till the value is reaching the L/C value. After that system will prevent generation of invioce. Of course for that you need to assign this document reference in sale order.

If this is not your question, please let me know what do you mean by Financial document
