tolerance scenario

A SFG has a Phantom Assembly component (also an SFG). I create a Production Order for the SFG. SFG has a under delivery tolerance of 2%. Phantom Assembly SFG has a tolerance of 1%. When I confirm the Production Order per Operation what tolerance shall it take into effect?

    Hi raf,

When you will confirm the Production Order /Operation tolerance system will take 2% tolerance into account.

Suppose you have operation quantity of 50 PC then it will allow to confirm 49 PC. Phantom assembly will not tken in to account.

Try the same example in your SAP system.

And come back if any problem.

    Dear timan

Suppose your phantom Ass has the ord qty of 100 it will allow you a posting up to 99. Whereas for SFG it will allow you a posting up 98.

    Hi,

SFG has a under delivery tolerance of 2%. Phantom Assembly SFG has a tolerance of 1%.

When you confirm the Production Order per Operation tolerance system will take 2% tolerance into effect.

Phantom assembly SFG, no need to confirm. So 1% tolerance will not come to account.
