Object or Set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 Does not exist in SRM

Hello All,

From SRM Portal if we click on SC document to display from POWL search result table we are getting the popup message in most of the time (some times we could display the document) Action could not be performed saying "Object or Set with GUID 00000000000000000000000000000000 Does not exist". Though i could see there are so many posts related to this issue but nothing has worked for me.Kinldy suggest your feedback on the same.

Hello,

This is a KBA note. You need to check it in SAP Lunchpad, not via SNOTE.

Hello Ricardo,

That note was suggesting to upgrade the Portal version/Package. However we are already using the latest version only.Do you have any other suggestion on this issue.
