Advice on using SAP Contact Center with hearing aid devices


Bit of a niche question this - perhaps.... but I will be very pleased if someone can help as I'd really like to help this person if I can.

I have a request from one of my SAP Contact Centre Agents to see if she can use the transmitting device in the link below to stream audio sound via Bluetooth for phone calls. If this is possible she would then get an additional device that picks up Bluetooth and direct sound to her hearing aids.

Does anyone have experience of working with SAP Contact Centre and hearing aid transmitters? Any advice would be most gratefully received.

    Hi Adele,

    Not sure but for me it seems like the device you mentioned has only audio in capability. Would mean that it's one way audio. Same vendor seems to have "Signia Pure 13BT". That has bluetooth connectivity and if that could be connected to PC + headset it could work.

    If user is ready to use different device for audio playback and microphone then proposed device can be easily plugged in to normal sound card (or usb to 3,5mm connector).

    But indeed an interesting scenario.
