Dear all,

In Menupath:- Spro->TEM->Integration->Time mgt->Specify attendance types-> SEMIN TIMEP 80. So it means that an attendee has to attend 80% of the total days.

So now the question is that how the system will able to know how many days an attendee attends the training program? Is there any place where we are recording the attendances? And one more question is that we are working for 4 companies, so how this % can be given if we want to give different % for different companies.

You have to activate integration to time management. There, in T77S0 also, you have to specify attendance type for attendee and for instructor.

Once a booking done, a record in infotype 2002 will be created automatically.

If the attendee absent, we can create infotype 2001 manually.

So, you can evaluate his attendance in the training.

To capture different % for different company, there is no way in standard, at least, what I know until now. Ideally, there should be integrated training centers with same rules.
