Dear Venkata Ramana

1) Header Conditions

Header conditions are entered manually in order processing. Automatic pricing does not take header conditions into account; you can not create condition records for them in the standard system. R/3 includes the following header conditions:

- Percent discount (HA00)

- Absolute discount (HB00)

- Freight (HD00)

2) Group Conditions

Please check this help link

thanks

Hi ,

H eader condition: manually entered at the time of the sales order. means on the whole doucment u r providing the value.

the header condition will have different condition type like header discount , freight, etc,

group conditon: the header condition which is applicable for the total value of the document which is get splitted based on the item value.

say header condition HD00 is discount , the condition record is 6%. say total net value is 94 if the price is 100.

Group condition : if you have a 2 materials , which have the value of 60 and 40 then the group condition triggered in the condition type HD00 will equally split 3.6 on first and 2.4 on the second .

if you find this is valuable answer please reward points.

thanks

Hello Friend,

Header conditions are the manual conditions maintained at header level of the document.

Group conditions Indicates whether the system calculates the basis for the scale value from more than one item in the document. For a group condition to be effective, the items must belong to a group. You can freely define the group to meet the needs of your own organization. The items can, for example, all belong to the same material group.

Example

A sales order contains two items. Both items belong to the material group 01.

The egs of Header and Group conditions are HA00 (Percentage Discount), HB00 (Discount (Value)), HD00 (Freight),HM00 (Order Value) etc.

Hi Venkat

Header conditions are always Manual. They do not have any Access sequence. We do not maintain condition records for Header conditions.

They are entered in the condition screen of the Sales order at Header level.

Normally, header conditions are not allowed to enter at Item level and Item conditions are not allowed to enter at Header level. But there are few condition type which can be entered at both the level.

One type of header conditions are distributed on each item proportionately and another type Header conditions are copied to each item.

Those header condition which are also Group condition (e.g. HB00) they are distributed to each item, but RB00 is also a header condition but it is not distributed as it is not a group condition .

In the sales order, in the Header condition screen, you just take the drop down ,you will find all the header condition types, like

HM00 -

Manual order value

RB00----- Discount (value)

HB00---Discount (value)

RD00-- Weight discount

RA00---- % Discount from Net
