Integration C4C to HCI

Hi Community,

I am doing an integration C4C with HCI but I have a error in the comunication arragement (C4C) when I check the conection.

Hi Randelle,

Your configuration between C4C and HCI itself is not configured correctly. I think the URL configured in either of the system needs to be revisited.

C4C URL screenshot shows /cxt/... . Should it be /cxf/ .... ? (F instead of T)

Hello Randall,

Try to send a message out from C4C then you can see if the connection is successful or not. Check connection in communication may fail even if the connection is fine between C4C and HCI.
